Bike and Boom - Sunday 5th May
Starting Point
This social ride is on Sunday 05 May 2024 and starts from the Peace Statue in Hove at 10:00am.
The Peace Statue is on Kingsway on the Hove seafront, it is just a little bit west of the Brighton Beach Bandstand. Officially the Peace Statue is called the Angel of Peace, here is the link for it at Google Maps (https://goo.gl/maps/Pb3FFzB9nyZAhiiK7).
Route
The ride goes along the seafront from the Peace Statue to BN42 4NH .( an industrial estate in Fishersgate). We will spend 1.5 hours at the Bike Boom sale before heading to Lady Bee Marina for lunch at The Newport Arms . BN42 4EG
Length and Duration
This ride is approx 7 miles in length. It will take about four hours to complete including one and half hours for lunch and one and a half hours at the Bike Boom sale.
Terrain
For this ride you will be cycling on the road, so you will need to be confident with that.
Suitable Bicycles
Any kind of bike is suitable. E-bikes are welcome.
Pace
The pace of this ride will be leisurely, we are not out to prove anything or win any awards.

Located near Fishersgate station, use google for to get to Bike Boom if you are unfamiliar with the area, we are tucked away in an industrial estate, postcode BN42 4NH.
